@BretBaier @SpecialReport @SenRandPaul Is auditing the PENTAGON more urgent than the Fed? See @Reuters special report http://t.co/2HvxPOx5Pq

A Reuters investigation found that that, “For two decades, the U.S. military has been unable to submit to an audit, flouting federal law and concealing billions of dollars in waste and fraud.”
Considering the fact that defense costs 20 percent of the U.S. budget, you would think that someone would have thought up the idea to audit a mess that keeps going. Has there ever been a fight jet delivered on time? How many bribery and procurement scams are yet to be discovered?
Let’s ask Rand Paul to prioritize auditing the Pentagon, not the Fed. The latter is bathed in sunlight compared to what we’ve learned about military spending.
